On four separate occasions, I've tried making a short film. All four suffered the same problem: the shoot was too complicated for someone who was just starting out.
So for this one, I decided to write the script with three key rules: one character, one location, and can be completely shot within one day.
And here it is.
I’ve got a lot more to learn about filmmaking. Need to get a better handle on composition, lighting, editing—pretty much everything. But all in all, I’m proud of these results.
Enjoy.
Much love to Made Man Miles for coming through like a trooper in a stuffy apartment with a tiny A/C in the middle of a heat wave.
